Drop shipped SO/PO in AX 2012

Hello guys,

I have a quick functional question,

How do you know if a SO/PO is drop shipped in AX 2012 ?

    Salesline has same fields which I specified in my earlier reply for PO not the salestable . Check salesline table.

    Satish, is there any field in SalesTable Table, with Ref Purch ID, so i can now directly the Purch ID associated

    Without using  INTERCOMPANYPURCHSALESREFERENCE Table

    Yes, Satish, i've just marked your answer as verified answer, i tested the table,

    it's contains all PO/SO Id references, so i was able to know each record (PO or SO) is related to which SO or PO

    So i made a query to pull only the Open ones from both of tables, purch and sales. by PurchID and SalesID.

    Also on PO line details , product tab you can get the sales order reference through inventRefId field of purchline and ItemRefType is going to be salesOrder. Also InvetRefTransId is column which references inventory transaction for sales order line with PO line , so you could use that well.

    And the table which Satish mentioned, you can use that for your joins.

    Go to General tab on action pane of sales orders form and click on references, you should see all references POs.

    Hi Adax,

    Few things to check.. check if there is record in "INTERCOMPANYPURCHSALESREFERENCE" table. The name is intercompany but it does store direct delivery SO-PO references.

    2nd - Salesline...DeliveryType is set to "Direct Delivery".

    Is there any Join between PO and SO tables or Lines. To know specific PO is for SO.
