Hi Everyone
Wanted to find out if anyone knows of any short videos showing general field service functionality? Like an overview of a dispatcher working with the schedule board to the technician working on the work order with the mobile app sort of scenario? There was something like that on the learning portal but I can't seem to access the portal so wanted to know if anyone knows of a youtube link?

I imagined. Honestly I don't think that are available many videos on YouTube or Internet. I know that in Microsoft Learning Portal (MLP) there are videos, a course and some materials for fieldservice, but I think you have to have a partner account in order to access MLP.
