I am working on changing my on prem Dynamics 365 server's domain. I have been able to reinstall the program and I'm trying to link up the account from the old domain to the new domain. I have removed the old org through the Deployment Management. Upon importing the org and syncing the accounts, there is an issue. Many accounts are not in the new (or old) domain as they are from employees no longer in the company. This is causing the import to fail.
Is there a way to only import or update just certain accounts? I'm am unsure if there would be any issues with removing the bad records from the database, as the accounts could be linked to cases/reports/other items inside Dynamics and do not want to break anything.
