Good morning all,

I have been requested to update our internal Email Form to show/reveal the actual email address being sent to or previously sent to:

We are using the default email form, and the "To:" field behaves as intended, but several users want to see their corresponding address, if that is possible.

I have been reading and came across the "ToRecipient" field, but I cannot add this particular field to the form.

I don't really need it to do anything special, but is it even possible?

Would a configuration change be necessary?

Any guidance/assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Jayden,

    I don't think you can do it using regular customization - you will have to develop some kind of functionality in order to implement this requirement.

    Hello JaydenPerez17,

    It will be not possible using OOB way. You will have to write a JS or a custom Flow/Plugin. If you want to show the emails as soon as possible when From/To changes then you can use JS. else you can use Flow/Plugin to show this emails in a custom field.
