Report auto export and save to PDF file

Hi 

I have a custom report created, where during the print of small number of record can be print to 'Screen' as Destination.

The report also can be view in the screen and the option to export can be chosen.

But when printing the report of many records, the system will auto export and saved it in PDF file format and export option is missing from the report view.

How can i allow to have export option even in huge number of records and have the report print in the 'Screen' instead of auto export and save in PDF file format?
Or is it a report limitation?

I have test it in DEV environment and it works fine, but in UAT and LIVE environment have this problem.

    Hi Afieq Suhaimi,

    You have the PDF previewer enabled in your Tier-2 environment.

    Please go to the Report options page by adding "&mi=SysReportAdministration" to the URL in your browser window and disable the preview experience.

    I think it is not essential how many records are on the report. It depends on PDF enabled prinitng as Will Wu wrote, and also security in UAT and PROD may be configured in an other way as in DEV. So you to chelkc to access the metioned menu item.

    If using prin archive may be in batch the report is accessable at Common/Inquiries/Print archive.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have added the "&mi=SysReportAdministration" to the URL as you suggest, but it's seems i cannot change the Preview Options.

    I even login as Admin but still cannot change it.
