I am currently using NAV 2009 R 2. My IT specialist tells me that NAV 2009 R 2 does not have a business Intelligence module that is cable of producing the following parameters for decision making: Business Cases (Scenario Simulation), Ratio analysis, Multi-dimensional data analysis,Real time variance analysis, Accurate accounts preparation. The consultant has advised that I should get a separate BI software that can be linked to NAV 2009 R if I require such information. My question is: Is it true that the NAV 2009 R 2 and its predecessor version do not have such an important function? If not true which version has this function and what reports are produced? If it contains the BI module, is it provided as an add on module and what is the likely cost? Many thanks in advance for the help
