If this is the wrong forum, please advise of the correct one I should be posting this question to.
We have project libraries in LCS BPM and would like some to become corporate libraries. It says to create a corporate library one needs to promote a library but I cannot find anything on how this is done.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks
Britt
Hi Britt,
If you go to the Business Process Modeler page, you have an overview on Project, Corporate and Global libraries. If you have a project library, click the ellipsis button to get a menu. From that menu, you can choose Publish to get the library copied as Corporate library.
Hi Andre
When I go to the libraries, Publish is not an option but if I log in as the D365Adm, Publish is available. We are both Project Owners and Project Managers. But our emails are different domains. Is it tied to the domain?
Publish library will make the library available to all users that are part of your organization, which would be all users who sign in to LCS using your organization’s domain. For example, all users with a @contoso.com account.

You should try to use different user with same domain.
Hi Blue Wang
Yes, I am aware of how corporate libraries work.
My problem is even as project owner and on the same domain, I am unable to see the Publish option
I'm now confused. You mentioned that the domains were different, but in the last update the domain is the same? Is this the same domain as used for the LCS environment?
My apologies I originally was trying to do it with different domains but yesterday I also tried with the same domain and the result was no different. I tested with the same domain thinking that might be the issue but ended up with the same result, I cannot see the Publish option but the user that created the LCS project can see Publish - whether I am on the same domain or not
Have you also verified your role on the LCS project and are you created as user on the LCS organization user pages?
Hi, Britt.
Did you solve the problem? If yes, can you share a solution?
I don't see "Publish" option too.
Thanks!
We solved this problem ourselves)
You must be an administrator in LCS to be able to publish the corporate library.
Good luck!
