How to modify button New of list page

Hi all,
I have a field that contain a lookup on list page :

when I click on New

Q3.png

It should be display a page card to create a new plan


have you any idea what I should add in my code ?

    On the List page associated to the Quality Header table, set the property CardPageId to the name of the card page to open.
