Organise tiles in a workspaces

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if it's possible to reorganise the tiles in a workspace.

Here is my workspace. We can see that all tiles are placed one after the other wich is not very sexy :

I would like to create tiles group, as on the image (made with powerpoint) :

Also, I saw that we can can create worksapce with VBA, where can I find some documentation and tutoral ?

About creating workspace with VBA, I haven't found documentation related to it yet. Please wait for someone with experience in this area to answer this question.
