Marketing Email in quarantine

Hello,

have set up an Email for a customer and after finishing the E-Mail i tested the Mail. There was no problem.

After that i uses "send now" to create a real e-Mail and check the dynamic content. This E-Mail endet up in quarantine. What are the steps to check, what caused this issue?

The Domain ist authentificated, i used as subject the word subject.

What could i check to solve this problem?

Hi Mario,

Please open Insights > Delivery of the marketing email to check whether email was blocked or bounced, then going to mailbox of test recipient to check whether the email was moved to junk folder.
