User role assignment report

Hi all,
 
Hope that you are doing well.
 
I am trying to figure out if there is any functionality that will allow me to compare the user roles assignments on period basis.
However, this gives me a lot of information and all i need is to compare let's say 2 reports within a week of difference.
Long story short i want to know what is changed in the user role assignment without going through a lot of manual work.
Is there a way for me to achieve this with some filtering maybe or there is another tool/report i can use ?

    There is an Estonian localization that might give you the logging details for creating such a result. You can enable it by creating a dummy legal entity with the primary country for Estonia.     In case this is not sufficient, you can check out two ISV solutions that have the additional capability for urser and role change logs.
