In procurement sourcing modules, i m trying to pull out the data of all Purchase requisition which are pending under whose workflow and the status of respective PR's PO's etc

But i m not getting such report and unable to find it unless go individually and check each PR in detail in the workflow history

Is there any option to extract the report in excel with the PR with current assigned user name

There is no OOB report in the system for this purpose.

Hi,

In case a system administrator or information technology manager navigates to the Workflow history form, they can see all pending workflow and extract a list for the PRs and POs.

Hi,

There is no standard report for your requirement.

You need to develop the new SSRS Report using the data of PR/PO and data from the Workflow history form of individual PR/PO
