Marketing Emails - Interactions timeline. Multiple opened email for a single user

Hi,

Recently noticed that the interaction timeline is displaying an email being opened multiple time by a single user within in minutes if each other.  The user in question says they opened it no more than 3 times over of couple of days.

This is a sample screen shot

In total this person registered 53 opens.  They did forward the email on to other members of the team?  Would these be registered under their name??

It does seem a bit excessive

    It's so strange, maybe you can open one ticket for Microsoft support.

    Hi,

    I sent a support request to Microsoft and this is the repsonse.

    We see various interactions from IP ranges assigned to "Forcepoint-Cloud-UK" which is a security provider.

     Advanced bot protection has been enabled in GBR yesterday (July 19th), there will be some improvement in requests executed by security scanners.

    I've asked the department to keep monitoring the situation,
