Hello,
I am trying to generate financial statements that consolidate 2 companies in 1 column. I select "@Any" as the company under Report Definitions, but after generating, it is only capturing data from 1 company. What’s the easiest fix? The account numbers are the same for both companies. I feel this should be a simple fix. Thanks.

Hi,
Can you try doing the following:
1. Create a reporting tree that includes both companies
2. Create a column definition where you include
- a column for company 1
- a column for company 2
- a column that adds up the values for the previous two columns
3. In the columns for company 1 and company 2 include the reporting tree element for company 1 and 2
4. Create a report and run it for all companies with the @any function
Best regards,
Ludwig
Based on the below link, is it impossible to show consolidated data in one cell? Do I NEED 2 columns to show both companies' data?
https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/dynamics_financial_reporting/2012/01/04/creating-consolidated-financial-statements-using-management-reporter-consolidating-data-across-one-or-multiple-dynamics-erps-with-different-chart-of-accounts-part-2-of-7/
Thanks. I am trying to get both companies' figures to sum into one cell for my BS and IS. Nothing on the consolidated pages seems to match my issue, but I may be wrong. I am able to generate financials for each company separately, but when I select @ANY, it only picks up one company. Is there no simpler solution?
Thanks again.
Hi,
I guess that some setup might be missing.
To find out which one, have a look at the following pages that describe the consolidation functionality in detail.
