When I am installing the CU 31 or 32 NAV 2016 in Spanish, the Server module, I get an error when I try to start the service.

I have tried to start the service manually and create the instance of time but without success.
There is another instance but it is stopped.
With the CU 31 I have the same problem but with the previous ones no.
Error starting the MicrosoftDynamicsNavServer$PROD service.
It can be caused by different reasons.
For example, it is possible that the password of the account running the service is incorrect or there is a conflict in port sharing for port configuration of the service, or that the port of the server has been specified to be opened in The windows firewall even if it is not enabled on the computer.
Uninstall and try to install again by stopping all existing services.
Diana go to Windows Services (start..run..services.msc), and try to manually start the MicrosoftDynamicsNavServer$PROD service.
Maybe the service account has a wrong password defined or it doesnt have access to the database. It's better to use a domain account.
After it starts succesfully try installing again. If you still have issues after this, better post the log file. The installer will tell you where it is.
I guess you are trying to update the server instance. If you need to create a new instance, you can do it using the Nav administration tool.
Can you please translate that in English ? Does the install was successful ?
