is there any other source that perhaps can contain any relevant information ?

Hello Seif,
If there is no detailed documentation available you can probably talk with the developer who installed the fix for more details. He/she can usually quickly identify what the fix modifies exactly. If this is not sufficient then I would suggest to approach the MS support directly.

None of the links in that post work for me
i have a customer Source account not a Partner account. perhaps that's why?
