One other thing to add is, that, while everyone on here does as much as we can to help everyone here on the Forums, these aren't really meant for the more complex issues where we need to start looking at log files, table data, settings within the application, etc.
For issues like this, and also if it is an issue that needs to be resolved in a timely manner, the recommendation is to get a support case opened, that way you'll have a one-to-one support technician that will take ownership of the support case and see it through resolution.
