Blog on Emailing after upgrade to 18.6

I updated the customer to 18.6.1695 and they started getting some errors emailing remittances to vendor that they have emailed before. 
 
I found Isaac's blog.
 
I restored my DYNAMICS backup to DYNTEST and ran the script (by the way - Missing N in DYNAMICS). It said it updated 6 rows.
 
However, I still have 0x00 blobs after running the script. Is that a problem?
