Hi everyone,

I’m trying to sign up for a Dynamics 365 Sales trial, but I keep getting the following error:

"We are unable to sign up for the trial at this time. Please try again later."
Error ID: 6a899c94-b5ad-4c1e-87ec-85a0e8716849

I’ve tried multiple times and from different browsers, but the issue persists. Has anyone else faced this, or is there a workaround or specific step I might be missing?

Appreciate any help or guidance!

Microsoft Account Conflict
Ensure you're not using a personal Microsoft account (e.g., @outlook.com, @hotmail.com). Use a work or school (Azure AD) account.

Already Using a Trial
Microsoft enforces a one active trial per tenant policy. Check if:

Your domain has already used a trial.

You’re logged into a tenant where a trial already exists.

Incompatible Country/Region
Some trials are not available in all regions. Double-check the country selected during signup.

Browser Cache / Cookies
Clear cache or try incognito/private mode, or a completely different network (e.g., mobile hotspot).
