Hello,

We are currently creating our first Customer Service Community Portal and everything is fine so far but we are facing some problems for the comment sections.

If an external user tries to connect and leave a comment, he/she receives an error saying that this account is not linked with our tenant. If we go to Microsoft's customer service we can login with all types of account and we would like the same.

Can anyone help me with this problem please ? We are so close to finish the portal and we do not see how to fix this problem...

Thank you in advance for your help !
