Hi All,
When we use the 'Save and Send' function to send an invoice in NAV, a new email message is created in Outlook with the Invoice as a PDF attachment, as expected. However, we then can't look up anything in NAV or Outlook whilst the email message window is still open and has not been sent. The only options I can see to get back control of NAV and Outlook are to either send the email or close the email window. Can anyone advise if there is a way round this or is this just how NAV/Zetadocs Express works.
We are using Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 (Build 7.1.35473.0), Zetadocs Express and Outlook 2013.
