Forecasts are similar to budgets and required if you make use of fixed price projects that make use of the estimate process.
What's your requirement in regards to forecasts?

Hi Ludwig,
When the stage of project is in process, how can i manage forecasting? and what's the results that can give to me in the fixed price projects? and how can i obtain the comparison with what is executed in the project?
You can change forecasts any time by overwriting the amounts.
Comparing actual and forecasted costs can be realized for example in the cost control form where you select the forecast model and then hit the calculate button to compare actual vs. forcasted values.
