Our customer master creation is based on a workflow.
We have separate submission form for creation of the customer and on approval of the submission Form the customer master is updated with the new customer.
Also the workflow is been practiced for any change in the customer master,
Now we need to add a new customized field with Check box in the customer master. The check base will be enabled based on the customer category
We are able to create the new field in the customer form and the same is getting reflected the Customer master.
Now we created a new customer , with check box enabled. The form is submitted and approved as per the workflow.
The new customer is created in the Customer master but the check box is not enabled.
please advise what could be the reason.
