Customer Master - New field addition

Hi,

Our customer master creation is based on a workflow.

We have separate submission form for creation of the customer and on approval of the submission Form the customer master is updated with the new customer.

Also the workflow is been practiced for any change in the customer master,

Now we need to add a new customized field with Check box in the customer master. The check base will be enabled based on the customer category

We are able to create the new field in the customer form and the same is getting reflected the Customer master.

Now we created a new customer , with check box enabled. The form is submitted and approved as per the workflow.

The new customer is created in the Customer master but the check box is not enabled.

please advise what could be the reason.

Hi,

The issue been solved

Error was due to the workflow updation.

with the help of the technical support, after running some class in the backend , the issue been addressed and solved

Well, I think there can be a lot of reasons for that.

Can you talk to the developer who created the additional field and the related functionalities?
