Hi, we were provisioned with Dynamics 365 Marketing Attach by our reseller partner.
I used the info in this article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/purchase-setup
So I'm in Power Platform admin centre https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments
Resources > Dynamics 365 apps > there is no marketing option anywhere.
What could be the problem?

Please go to the Admin Center and navigate to Billing > Purchase services. Type “Marketing” into the search box and search.
Check the details of the Dynamics 365 Marketing Attach and Dynamics 365 Marketing.
If your organization has no other Dynamics 365 application before or less than 10 users, you need to buy the license for Dynamics 365 Marketing instead of Dynamics 365 Marketing Attach.

Hi Truc,
it may take 24 to 48 hours for a newly added entitlement to become available.
A Marketing Attach license is based on existing CRM licenses (e.g. 10 Customer Engagement licenses), and if you don't have the licenses this is based on,
you will not see a Marketing Add on for it.
Your navigation steps are correct;
you need to be tenant = global admin to set this up, with a CRM license assigned and System Administrator role
you need to have an Environment with an existing CRM/CDS org database
but if you still don't see
Dynamics 365 Marketing Application
under Dynamics 365 apps,
please log a case with your CRM org URL selected
so support can check if you have the required base licenses for the Marketing Attach license
and if anything else is missing.
