Mailbox: Allow to Use Credentials for Email Processing?

Hi,

I am in the process of setting up user mailboxes for automated emails to be sent from each user.

If I set 'Allow to Use Credentials for Email Processing' to yes and enter the username and password then everything works fine. However , our AD passwords change every 28 days which is going to be a massive task to update each month.

If I set 'Allow to Use Credentials for Email Processing' to No then sending emails fails. 

Does anyone know a way around this?
