Is there a way to send a text message from a customer journey? I only see Appointment, Phone Call, and Task. Is it possible to add more sales activities? We currently use Twilio in Sales. Thank you!

Send SMS by twilio is only available in real-time marketing; it does not affect outbound marketing functionality.
