Show Due Date of Email on Time-Line

Hi there,

I found the following article on Microsoft Docs: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/model-driven-apps/set-up-timeline-control

It says, if I want to have a column visible, I just need to add it to the card form and make sure it is the first or second one (only the first two columns are visible):

I did it exactly like in the article, but I still see the created-on date on the timeline. I made sure the card I customized is the first in the form order.

Can someone explain to me what I am doing wrong?

    Hi Thomas,

We need to select Card form for Display activities using. Then select Email Card Form for Select Card Form .

    Thanks for your reply.

For some kind of reason, I am not able to choose the card form on the main form:

    Hi,

    Please perform the following steps:

    • Add the required fields to the Header section (only the first two will show up).

    • Publish the form.
    • Open the form of the host entity (where timeline control is added, like Contact).
    • Open the Timeline properties and under Unified Interface -> Activities tab, select Email Card form for Email entity:

    • Save and Publish the form (In my example Contact Form).

Refresh the form you should see the changes, if changes do not show up, try clearing cache.
