Unable to see incremental data ingestion options while setting up data sources

While setting up data sources in Dynamic365 customer Insights in Trial, Sandbox, Production environment I am trying to set up incremental data refresh options as per Microsoft documentation here - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/incremental-refresh-data-sources#configure-incremental-refresh-for-azure-data-lake-data-sources

Below screenshot from data sources while setting up new entity but unable see incremental refresh option as specified in above Microsoft document links.

Have you set Incremental refresh settings ?

Do you have the same limited options on the existing entity? That UI looks different but I believe it should show up on the existing one
