Hi Community!
We are running the User License Counts History report from System administration > Inquiries > License menu, but the report is not displaying any data for the current year, not even for year 2019. The expectation is that it should show number of license users using the system each day for the given date range. Any guess why it is not working?

If it doesn't work, please debug the SysUserLicenseCountReport.processReport method.

Please try to run report in different legal entity. and please leave comments if not working
The batch job "Named user licence count reports processing" was not running. Resuming the batch job was the key to resolve this issue. Thanks!
