How to edit Time Entry Button on Time Entry Grid Control

We would like to edit the buttons on the below image. 

We tried to use the ribbon workbench but were unsuccessful. It seems this button is not on the ribbon but rather on the view instead.

How would we go about hiding and editing one of these buttons?

    Hi,

    This is a unique interface in Project Service.

    I'm afraid it is by design and cannot be customized.
