Hi guys
I've got a weird problem, when designing emails in Dynamics the paragraph spaces aren't displaying in the designer tab. The spaces are still being added in the html, and hence appear in the emails when sent but we can't see them when designing the email which is incredibly frustrating.
They are custom designed blocks for our organisation but they appear to work in the same manner as all other text based elements in Dynamics. Has anyone encountered this before? I've done a search and couldn't find anything related to this issue.
I'm not sure if the designer who created these blocks for us left in some clunky code, but he's very experienced.
In a different but perhaps related issue, the CTA buttons also appear in all caps in the designer tab, yet again the html and emails themselves show the case in which you typed them.
Very frustrating to not simply be able to see the formatting as it will be sent from the designer tab.
Any ideas what may be causing this issue or how can we fix it?
Thanks
Dan
Hi Dan,
Was the email with issue built from scratch? And do you mean that the issue occurred to content block element?
It seems that some extra html tags were added to content of that email, so it is suggested to check the source code of email.
Alternatively, you could also use default marketing email templates.

Clofly
Hi Clofly,
The spaces occur in all mail clients (as the breaks are added into the code. The issue is these spacings aren't visible from the designer tab, only in html mode.
Our organisation has many users who aren't familiar with html and hence we need the designer tab to display what the email will actually look like for readers
Hi Dan,
Do those issue happen to all clients? (Gmail Web, Gmail App on mobile, Outlook Web, Outlook Desktop etc.)
Regards,
Clofly
