Dear Experts,
I have one Company in Ax, when i am trying to make another company, this error is generating "The company time zone can only be changed by an administrator who is connected to a single Application Object Server (AOS) instance. No other client connections or AOS instances can be running.".

You didn't explain your problem, therefore I assume you don't understand the error message.
It says that only a single AOS can be running. If you have a cluster of multiple AOS, turn off all but one.
It also says that no other clients connections can be running. I would restart the AOS to close all connections. You can check them in the Online users form if needed.
