Lease Management ISV for Dynamics AX?

Hi All. Hoping someone knows of Dynamics AX plug-ins for lease management? My client is not a property management company. Rather, they are a large corporate which leases out buildings at many different locations. It's a big job to track all these leases. It would be nice to do it in Dynamics AX. Does anyone have any suggestions?

...or hire a VAR partner that can create your own solution. Often this gives you a possibility to have business advantages that no one else has, but create it ALL outside standard and then pull transactions into standard transaction basis like sales orders and such... Hope that you find a good partner. Often the cheapest isn't cheapest if you get my drift.

Out of the box AX12 and D365FO functionality does not offer a simple way to keep track of capital leases, and all calculations and balances will have to be kept off your ERP in a manual spreadsheet.

We saw this is a major need in the market, and for this reason we developed the Crowe Lease Accounting Optimizer for AX12 and D365FO. Our solution allows you to account for capital leases as if it was an out-of-the box module, and I believe is the only solution in the market form the Lessee perspective. Most other solutions are from the lessor perspective as you mentioned.
