schedule assistant ignores resource capacity multi day booking front load allocation

when customer is trying to book a WO or requirement which is having travelling time using front load hours method, the booking is starting before the resource's working hours.
Lets say:
a WO is having a travel duration of 53 min from resource's home and resource work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM
if they book the WO with front load method, the booking is starting from 7:07 min including the travel time
customer would like to have this 53 min included in the booking and start work from 8:53 instead of start from location at 7:07 and start working from 8 AM.
currently, the travel time is included in the booking however the travel time is out side of working hours.
