Orchestration Step Stuck

Hi,

The orchestration flows are stuck at Processing. Please guide.

    We have seen a similar issue. The orchestration steps will be stuck in processing mode if the state transition is not correctly setup. The flow will retry, and the result will be Failed after a long time.

    Is this on the Trial?

    Typically we see this with permission issues where one user created the orchestration journey that is part of a different organization, and the user running the journey is not part of that same organization.
