I need to get company details and display on grid view like company name ,id and address through eConnect.

Are you talking about GP-->Tools-->Setup-->Company-->Company window ?
If yes then let me tell you that as per my knowledge eConnect does not have any node to view Company info Data.
However you can simply write SQL query on system database for the table SY01500 to retrieve Company details.

Actually my windows application has to do CRUD operations for customers, orders, company info, sales info and invoice info from GP.
Could you tell me, which way is better to do CRUD operations for the above mentioned details from either eConnect or normal SQL query?
Well you can retrieve the data in both ways. Thing is that some of the data cannot be retrieve through eConnect and such situation will force you to use SQL query.
You can easily get the SQL queries for Sales, AP, AR, IV, GL etc by referring the below blog post by Victoria.

Are you aware about the VKonnact ?
VKonnact has a facility to View MS Dynamics GP data within VKonnact with the same GP look & feel without any need of additional GP licensing cost.

Thanks Govind for sharing this piece of information. I have just gone through the vkonnact website & video and I feel its not only the Dynamics GP Data Viewer tool but more into Data Integration.
Just wondering what they are using i.e. whether Web Services , eConnect or SB Architecture service ?

I think they are using eConnect.
VKonnact is a data integration tool for Microsoft Dynamics GP which has an additional facility to view the Microsoft Dynamics GP data.
VKonnact supports almost every data source like Dynamics CRM,Salesforce, MySql (online/on-premises), various File formats(Local & FTP) etc.
Also I would like to add that VKonnact is making use of eConnect.
