    Hi

That message is generated when the code tries to do something that is not installed or set up on the server, a good description would be to say that if you tried to open Excel using code in NAV and excel was not installed on the machine you would get that error

The code might be using to local outlook client and it is not installed or setup or possibly the code is calling a specific version of something and that version is not installed, for example you have set the code to use outlook 2012 and 2010 is installed on the server

    Hope this helps

Thanks for your reply, but i'm sure that i have installed the related outlook client. the strange thing is that it runs well on the classic client.

Hmm, couple of things to check

When you run it in the classic, is the classic client on the server that has the actual NAS service running, it could be a wrong box type of issue

Also try changing the user/pass on the NAS service to a local or domain administration to ensure that it is not a permissions thing

Then lastly, the NAS service is a service that runs without needing a user to be logged in, for this reason messages etc don't work, so just check that the outlook component you are running does not open any screens or dialogs, when you run it on the classic is the send completely hidden with no mails popping up...etc?

I checked everything. the classic client is on the server. the NAS service user is a domain administration.

there are not any messages and dialogs........ but
