new movement journal button disabled

Hello AX Community Team,

I am new to AX 2012 support, one of our user is complaining about not able to create a new movement journal as the new button is disabled.

user already has "maintain movement batch" and "maintain movement journal" roles assigned.

Maybe you can try debug to code to find the RCA.

the issue was with user role.

solved by adding "issue journal" and "receipt journal".

not sure whether these roles are standard dynamics ax or user defined.

Hi,

Also please double check the following duties and whether some modifications have been made

Approve movement journal

Maintain movement journal

Inquire into inventory status

Inquire into warehouse operation progress
