Sessions Not Showing in Admin Centre

Hi there 
We have a customer who has many users logged in to BC but when I open the Admin Centre the Sessions Page is blank.
Has anyone encountered this?

    same thing even i am unable to see the sessions details. Currently i have 2 instances and checked in both.

    yes, even i can see the sessions page is blank in my 2 instance.
