item stuck on deleted statement

Hi all,

we calculated a statement but after we deleted it we can't make new one for the items on the old statement.

the transaction from the date we want to calculate are still showing the deleted statement, which we can't find on posted or open statement on Retail.

Did you try clearing .AUC files?
