RAF Journal stuck.

We have a production order that is in Ended status. But there is a RAF journal that is unposted. We are unable to post or delete the journal due to the production order status. AX 2012 R1 CU7. Any help or thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!

This could be problematic..I would check first if inventory transactions for the produced item do not show a "received" status for the production order. If item does not have any transactions related to this Production order, you could post an inventory journal, using the dimensions selected for the PO and the cost that was posted for the item.

There is only one inventory transaction against that Item for that Production Order. It has a Receipt status of Purchased.

OK, this should mean that financially the item has been received, therefore there would be a cost. Is the item physically in your inventory? If the answer is no, then I suggest you proceed with the inentory journal. In any case I don't think you could do anything else about the RAF journal, since you will not be able to restore the status of the PO...NEVERTHELESS, is still strange that you have no RAF journal posted, since you "Ended" the PO. As far as I know, the status "Ended" automatically posts a RAF journal, so you should find physical stock of the produced item.
