Can i add Percentage fee on Collection Letter instead of fixed amount in "Fee in Currency" field

When i am setting up collection letter(AR > Setup > Collections > Collection letter) , i had field "Fee in Currency" which is fee we charge for customer when we generate/send a collection letter. Its a setup field where we can put a fixed amount. Is there any way in standard that we can setup so instead of Standard Amount(Fee in Currency) we can use "% of Amount customer need to pay" as fee?

The percentage is not a standard feature. You can use percentages with interest notes. Otherwise, you can consider a customization.
