Our Process for sales cycle is
Selecting multiple Sales order for one customer and make packing slip .
For this packing slip we make sales invoice .
now we want to add transportation charges to the invoice .
how can this be done

So you need one charge to be included for all the different sales orders that are consolidated in the invoice.

You can add miscellaneous charges for the transportation cost on one of the orders. You can also add a line on one of the sales orders using a category for these transportation costs.
Using the transportation management module, you can also calculate and add transportation costs.

Yes , the transportation charge to all sales order .
or the Packing slip or the sales invoice .
