Our user combined many orders in 1 load, the total load line 515 and number of pieces are 2733:
and we got issue:
I cannot find Replenish work on system:
Do we have the maximum of number of load lines? I could not find open replenish work
I am looking forward to seeing your advise

Can you please tell me 02 things:
1. What is the replenishment type you are using? Is it Demand based or Min/max?
2. What did you selected in applicable demand field? Full Qty or Loose Qty.
Please share the work history log details.

There is no limit on the number of lines. The error suggests to look for error details in the Work creation history log. Have you looked at this form already to see what might be the culprit?
