Customer Journey execution / Segment member rejoin

I would like to know what the behavior of a customer journey is when you rejoin a segment. Will it execute again? Or will it skip the segment member if it was already processed by the customer journey?
Is there anyway to control this behaviour?

    Hi Boudewijn,
1.When you use outbound marketing, typically, a journey will only take a contact through once.
2.When a contact enters a journey, unless he completes the entire journey, he will continue to experience the journey even if he is no longer a member of the segment.
This means that if you want to change a contact's information after the journey has started, you can only close the journey and go live again.
3.If you need to make your contacts go through the journey several times, it is recommended that you set up recurring journeys:
Using it with suppression segments will make the journey more flexible.
