We currently use CRM Dynamics for all of our sales tracking, reporting etc. Up to about 2 years ago we were using Click Dimensions as our add-on for marketing purposes, so email sends and cadences etc but a decision was made to move away from click dimensions as the tracking of leads coming in via our website wasn't great at the time, so we no have HubSpot in place that gives us a lot of reporting for a lead gen point of view.
Since our move to HubSpot, a marketing app as you mentioned is now available but making the move from HubSpot to this marketing app is not something we will be in the short term, it is something I will look into when our renewal with HubSpot comes around.
I hadn't thought of using Power Automate to set up a cadence, is there a process I could follow to set this up perhaps? At least with this, the sales team is using contacts from Dynamics and everything will track back in.
I've listed below the requirements that came from the sales team. I wonder if Microsoft has something that they can offer that matches the requirements below. While we use Dynamics to track sales we don't have the sales insights piece plugged in, but if this is something that we should be doing (cost being the driver) I will look into that also.

- Ability to upload and integrate Marketing content either directly or perhaps from HubSpot.
- Some tools offer call analysis & coaching modules so can they replace what we use Refract for today without use needing to move away from Aircall as our call dialler?
- Video messaging.
- Automated calendar booking for sales reps.
- Mobile App for ability to track and respond while offline if needed.
