SalesHandy for sending an email cadence

Hi Guys,

Looking for some advice. A sales manager has come to me looking to bring in a tool called "SalesHandy"  https://www.saleshandy.com/

Any of ye heard of this tool? It hooks into your emails and allows you to create an email cadence, allowing email templates to be loaded etc.

My question is, is there another tool out there that links directly with CRM Dynamics allowing you to create an email cadence? I know click dimensions does this but I removed this from our system 18months ago.

Any other suggestions would be great.

    Thanks for your reply. 

    We currently use CRM Dynamics for all of our sales tracking, reporting etc. Up to about 2 years ago we were using Click Dimensions as our add-on for marketing purposes, so email sends and cadences etc but a decision was made to move away from click dimensions as the tracking of leads coming in via our website wasn't great at the time, so we no have HubSpot in place that gives us a lot of reporting for a lead gen point of view. 

    Since our move to HubSpot, a marketing app as you mentioned is now available but making the move from HubSpot to this marketing app is not something we will be in the short term, it is something I will look into when our renewal with HubSpot comes around.

    I hadn't thought of using Power Automate to set up a cadence, is there a process I could follow to set this up perhaps? At least with this, the sales team is using contacts from Dynamics and everything will track back in.

    I've listed below the requirements that came from the sales team. I wonder if Microsoft has something that they can offer that matches the requirements below. While we use Dynamics to track sales we don't have the sales insights piece plugged in, but if this is something that we should be doing (cost being the driver) I will look into that also.

    Here are the top rated providers I would recommend  we look at from a playbook aspect:
     
     
    Some of the items I think we need from the platform of choice:
     
    • Automated email, social and messaging cadence & sequencing.
    • Easy integration with CRM (MS Dynamics) and email service (MS Outlook).
    • Potential API plug ins with other tech stack tools (Aircall, LinkedIn, LeadIQ).
    • Comprehensive reporting and tracking capability.
    • Ability to upload and integrate Marketing content either directly or perhaps from HubSpot.
    • Some tools offer call analysis & coaching modules so can they replace what we use Refract for today without use needing to move away from Aircall as our call dialler?
    • Video messaging.
    • Automated calendar booking for sales reps.
    • Mobile App for ability to track and respond while offline if needed.

    Hi Jason,

    I just looked at the tool that you mentioned and everything that it does is possible within Dynamics 365 system as well with the first party apps like Sales, Marketing. All of the automations are possible using Power Automate (if required). Am sure you would have already evaluated these first party apps by now, were they not fulfilling the requirement? 

    What you need to look at is the overall cost and effort involved to bring an additional tool in the systems landscape. Also, your post currently mentions only a tool but what it does not talk about is Why? 

    What are the problems, challenges your sales teams are facing today and how many of them will be resolved by bringing in this tool.
