Hello everyone, Can anyone help me in breaking my replan work using work line breaks? Currently, the option is grayed out in work template details.

    Work line breaks can only be used with Cycle Counting. What are you trying to do? There might be another way.

    Hello GUY, I am trying to Break my work for Replenishment work templet so it dose Pick- Put , Pick -Put. where as currently it's doing Pick- Pick - Put. I am trying to achive this for Min-Max based replenishment.

    Hi Hitesh,

    Did you configure any condition for sorting? It is mandatory to activate "Work breaks" button on work templates.

    Could you please click "Edit Query" on your work template, go to sorting tab and add the field(s) you want to break by?

    Once you save your record, "Work breaks" button should become active.

    Did this but no joy, still work is created in a sequence of Pick Pick -Put not Pick - Put and Pick Put

    Hi Hitesh,

    Could you please share a screenshot of your existing work and compare it to what you are trying to achieve?

    If you are trying to have seperate work per itemid then you should break by itemid.

    Hi Hitesh,

    As Fatih suggests, if I understand correctly what you are trying to do, you probably need separate Work Ids for each Pick/Put.

    You could use Maximum number of pick lines = 1, or Work breaks (enabled by Sorting) on either ItemId or Location.

    Or, if you need it, there are ways to enable replenishment by full pallet or full box, where each Work Id is for a single pallet.
