Hi Poly,
I would suggest next time creating different posts for different questions. It would be hard to track which questions will be answered or which are open after some suggestions from volunteers.
There is no documented list of reports and dashboards. The list is available in the AOT in Visual Studio.
About limitations, is your question about workspaces in general or analytical workspaces? Please elaborate.
Power BI mainly helps with visualizations and larger data sets.
