Hour journal without worker information

Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible to post an Hour journal without selecting a worker, only a time category.

It would help booking hours on projects globally, per time category, without going into detail per person.

Right now, the worker information is mandatory. I'm wondering if there is a setting that can be changed...

    Hi NellyG,

    Hour journal is created to measure working hours for worker in a project plus there is a time sheet function which creates a hour journal so worker is mandatory when creating hour journal , you may use this workaround to create an dummy employee for that purpose if worker info is not mandatory in a project.

    Hi Nelly,

    As mentioned by Noureldeen, the worker is mandatory. You can use his workaround or consider using the expense journal where you can also track a quantity.

    Another possible workaround is using a single 'dummy' user/employee that you use for all of your time recordings.
