Good morning,
I've been assigned a license for Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition via an Active Directory group. However, when I sign in to Dynamics 365 I cannot see the "Sales" section shown in the overview guide. Instead I can only see the "Customer Service" trial which I signed up for a number of weeks back, shown below.


- Are we missing anything obvious from the setup?
- Are there any other actions which I require admin to perform in order to get access to the new Sales license?
- If we need to remove the trial license for "Customer Service" how can this be done?
